This is a problem for the suppliers (the factory owners) not Apple Inc. Apple doesn't own or operate these factories, they only have contracts with these suppliers to produce Apple products, but if these factories are violating local environmental laws and if these factory owners can't correct these environmental problems... then Apple should move these contracts to India.
