They play non-commercial music all-day-long in themed programmes. I heard this on Siglo 21 (21st century), a programme defined in Radio3's website as "vanguardist sounds".
It's good we have public TV and radio stations, since they're not into the money-making game, they can broadcast non-commercial media, keeping the few of us who enjoy this happy.
