It's a shame the pieces and board look so damn cheap compared to the one in the movie. I would've loved to have played as the zebra or the rhino or something. The bright colours on this board just remind me of something completely childish, like Mouse Trap or something. :(

I have this game. It was a rather underwhelming experience the first time I got it. I mean, I would have gladly paid for a game that resembled the prop, but it's just a shallow cardboard imitation.

I remember playing Jumanji with my friends as a kid. Although to make the game easier, we ignored the rule about cards saying how many players must roll the same symbol to prevent it from being put in the danger pile. We discarded the card if just one person got the right symbol.
