Lovely to see Berneray hostel again. I picked winkles on that beach! Saw the summer solstice sun skim under the horizon in the middle of the night. Wonderous clouds...Ate free local crab, baked a cake from memory... found interestng "ancient" limpit shells stacked by the shore, visited the menhir, and the machair... magical place. Thanks for the song and photos.

I have been to the hostel only once. The benches outside are a memorial to my twin. He now rest in the islands cemetery. We miss you Graham
