Diana Dors was a good actress. She was known as "The English Marilyn Monroe." Brandon de Wilde died at age 30 in a car accident in Colorado. He was supposed to be bisexual.
To answer your question superbruce, the Outer Limits episode I believe was called "Dooms Day." In the very end of the story was a card on the wedding gift (box with viewing device) that read "don't open until Dooms Day."
Thanx for uploafding this one! Can anyone help me piot- I am looking for what I thought was an AHP episode about a young bride groom that was trapped inside some sort of a mystical viewing device on the eve of his wedding. The device trapped persons inside of it , but kept them the same age as when they went into it...It could have been a Outer Limits episode or one ofhthose shows- any help ?
It was definitely an Outer Limits episode, but I'm not sure which. I'm also certain that I saw it on YouTube, but it's possible that it has been deleted by the powers that be. User Mekrain has a large collection of OL episodes on YT, but I'm not sure that the one you want is there.
Thanks for posting this. I've seen most of the AHP shows, but never this one until now. It's good. The kid who played "Hugo", Brandon De Wilde, was most well known as the little boy in "Shane". "Shane, come baaaack!" He was a fine actor who died far too young.
Hi. I was wondering. Can you remember an AHP episode where a man is presumed dead because he cannot speak but is saved by a teardrop down his face. When he cries they know he's not dead. Thanks.
This was supposed to have been shown at the beginning of the 1961-'62 season, but NBC rejected it because it WAS "too violent" (as Robert Bloch's original short story was). Hitch's monologue was prepared, as always, by James Allardice.
