It works if you snug the straw up to the balloon (condom) ext. (but he doesn't really say that) I had to secure my latex to the lid with electric tape. Its sooo loud with just a slight blow, i dare not try it so late at night.

really easy to do and awesome results. i recomend to tape the balloon down on the sides. i found it easier to put the cap on. make sure the balloon is on really tight for the loudest horn. thanks for the video good job!

@EPICAIRSOFT155 Did you push the straw deep enough? You have to place it against the balloon inside the film can. If the straw is "loose" inside the film can, it doesn't work. And be sure there's no air escaping from any holes. At least those worked for me. :) It makes a REALLY loud noise! Hope you get it work. :)
