  • This is an aux table on steroids . VERY nice work I gotta get a dust thing going, im spending way too much time cleaning up

  • No plans available, sorry! Each make and model drill press would be different. You need to build it to suit what your own.

  • do you have a plan for this that can be downloaded?

  • Nice table Ron, lots of great features ~~ thanks for sharing...now I gotta go build one for myself...

  • very nice setup. i bought a new drill press, and i'd like to add a dust collector to it. where did you buy the adjustable black hose and attachment I see @ 1:05 ?

  • @odmcarp The flexible plastic nozzle system on the end of my dust collector hose is made by Loc-Line, which was sold by grizzly.com but it appears Grizzly no longer handles the product. Do a Google search for Loc-Line. It is called Modular Hose and the size is 2.5 inch.

  • @RonaldWalters47 Thanks for the response. They are available at: modular hose dot com

  • Thank You!

  • I must say, this is the best drill press table that I've seen so far. Thanks for sharing.

  • This looks really useful. I will pinch your idea and make one myself. Thanks for your great videos Ron. Regards Barry (in England)

  • You have incorporated lots of great stuff on your table, at first I thought

the dust collection was overkill till I saw it in action,

I forgot how messy the dust and chips can be:-)

Great work you done on this,

You inspired me to built one, Thanks for the video,

    Steve

  • For the coupler I used a larger piece of rod, drilled it to the extension shaft diameter and then bored one end (on my metal lathe) for a good fit on the gearbox shaft. If you look close you can see I also made a bushing for inside the handle. I cleaned everything really well and used Sta-Brite Silver Solder.

  • Nice design. I have the same drill press and need to extend my table crank handle. I'm curious where you bought the rod coupler, or how you made it. TIA

  • Very nice.
