  • Forkball tutorial?

  • old timers!!

  • Every pitch is a sinker when you throw as hard as him.

  • hes pretty ood pitcher lol

  • thats actually a screwball and that will tear your elbow apart if you even exaggerate the spin slightly

  • this is like when someone says they can throw a sinker and they just chuck the ball in the air and it drops

  • thats not how u throw it

  • this guy sucks he doesnt even give us time to think about what were doing.... no wonder it says old timers in the back

  • i cant throw at 12:00 position cuz im a sidearmer

  • @lolathon1 Lol have fun throwing your arm out.

  • @123456789productions ok i will

  • if u hold the ball like a curve ball throw it like a fast ball and then snap ur wrist downward

  • Awesome u rock!!!!

  • watch the scorebored it moves

  • that pitch doesn't break... it just falls to the ground because grandpa can't reach home plate...

  • @The9995 asshole

  • hey i played at this field, shelbypark in nashville

  • This junk is stupid seems like all his pitches r the same

  • @Dalyngs the pitches r the same

  • i thought he said into the right-handed batter if ur right handed

  • umm is it just me or does every pitch in all his vids wen it switches to the cather view ...look the same.. haha

  • @RIPxTheRev no... ur just fucked

  • @AngeliMaoji287 stranger danger!!!

  • @bowlerbob93 He's not throwing that badly for his age though.

  • he's just throwing a 12-6 curve

  • that pitch at the end went ta other way

  • thats nothing my sinker that i made up sinks about 3 and a half feet. might make a video

  • all his pitches look the same lmaoo

Baseball Tips & Tricks : How to make shit up on the spot

Seriously, in every video. Especially the gyro ball (Which is meant to be easy on the arm) they talk about it hurting the arm.

  • that was a NASTY sinker he through

  • in the background it says old timers lolz

  • it looks like he uses the same pitch for everything it always ends up down in the dirt

  • @2010zarialy lmao

  • @zaqplm444 nah its safe. curves are bad for ur rotator cuff

  • guys! there is a tutorial on my channel for the sinker and I'm pretty sure it's 100% accurate but all comments and tips are highly appreciated!

  • @zaqplm444 nope

  • its old man jenkinz lol

  • What do u do with the release?

Like almost flick it to the left? (for a rightie)

  • @Jumpyousoon your supposed to pronate, there is a tutorial on my channel.

  • cool thx man

  • Expert village sucks

  • how do you grip the baseball 2 throw a bean ball ?

  • just throw a fork ball same thing and its easier

  • @IronMage8 your retarded arent you

  • @IronMage8

that's true about the forkball, but a sinker is fast. a sinker is really good though cuz it always creates ground balls. I used to throw a forkball in allstars, but after travel, i dropped it. i dropped a change and now go with a sinker with a slider and fastball

  • @IronMage8 its not the same a forkball is like a change up mixed with a knuckler

  • i was always taught to grip the left side of the horse shoe with the middle and index finger of a right hander. Then you can just throw it normal and the ball will slide of with the same spin as this way.

  • @bowlerbob93 lmao i was gonna say that too

  • i tried it the way Carlos Zambrano throws it, and it works much better for me.

  • Old timers

  • lol that pitch was slow and alittle low but if he led that up just a little bit higher any good basbeall player could get under it and smash it outa there.

  • haha thats pretty funny look at the sign.

  • hahahaha! look at the sign at the back... what a coincidence..

  • @bowlerbob93 lolol

  • When ever I try to throw a sinker or a screwball the ball just goes like into the stands. How can I prevent that??

  • @Mr10andcounting

Its your release ... Just think about how you release your pitch

  • Comment removed

  • he did...the catcher barely had to move to catch it....

  • Well, that wasn't much help..

  • heh..... look at the sign in the back. tsssst

  • @HxCUNstopABLE lol old timers

  • my friend taught me to throw it with a 2 seam grip, then throwing it like a football

  • yeah its called a curveball haha.

  • it looks like that will hurt your arm

  • @saltothemacchia

pretty much all pitching is hard on the arm..(elbow)..especially when ur trying to put heat on it like everyone does..

  • that definately didnt go into the right handed batter

  • neither in a lefty if you´re a LHP

  • good job coach!!!! ya!!! ty ineded a fifth pitch

  • acutally im pretty sure arod tested positive for steroids.

  • yanks suck, steroids

  • too bad your ortiz and manny both took them, and led you guys to 2 world series. arod hasnt done shit

  • so a screwball you flick your wrist but a sinker you kepp your wrist turned all the way through?

  • no... a curveball is an upward sinker wile a slider is a changeup wit fastball action. a sinker is just essentially a knuckleball wit less spin

  • You obviously don't know what your talking about because a curve ball doesn't curve upward in the first place.. Second, a curve ball and a sinker are 2 totally different pitches. and a Slider?? is not a changeup with a fastball action... fastball action doesn't move sliders break.. i don't even know why i waste my time typing this 2 u b/c u obviously don't understand wtf ur saying....

  • mayne u don evan no wut yoor takin aboot... wait i did make wun mistayke: a curve is a screwball but wit a lil knuck acshun sorrry fore tha errer

  • Alright, talk to me when you can spell, and talk proper English.

  • i kan spell fiyn. miy inglish is grayte but yoor mayinj a feeu spelinj errerz. im gud at tha baseball two, and i luv da beech boyz

  • Thank you for proving my point.

  • heyal naw nikkuh

  • Are you like retarded dude.. knuckleballs are supposed to have no spin.. wow.. dude.. and a slider is nowhere near what a fastball does

  • ur so stoopid... knuckleballs have approx 3x tha spin as fballs

  • If you are suggesting that a knuckleball spins faster than a fastball, you are wrong. The knuckleball has NO spin. Thats what gives it the ability to "dance."

  • if yoo throw with yoor nukells, it spinz moor

  • @TheTnev if you go to school, you can learn to spell.

  • wang was an ace retards before he got hurt and struggled with rehabilitation

  • I throw my sinker differently with a better sink without hurting your wrist. You put your fingers into a 2 seam grip and throw it like a fastball. When your releasing the ball, flick your fingers down. You'll need to release it earlier and push it with your fingrs down and hard making contact with the ball as long as possible. This is the same way Ching ming wang throws it and it's very effective.

  • and whats wangs record lol like 1-8? haha

  • Wangs battling through having being injured last season. In 06 and 07 he won 19 games having the most wins through the stretch of any pitcher. He was 8-2 before getting injured last season.

  • wang sux wang so do the yankies u fag

  • i throw mine w/ a four seam grip and i dont do anything w/ my wrist except i have my thumb above my 2 fingers on the opposite side of the ball and all i do is keep my wrist strait w/ out moving it at all, it actually moves more like a slider sometimes

  • its a worthless pitch...you can achieve better using a cutter.

  • the sinker is a pitch that takes so much out of your arm but does not do that much. dont throw a sinker when you are young because you will junk your arm the first few time you pitch. its also one of the hardest pitches to control and thats why i said it was a stupid pitch

  • very very very true.

  • anyone notice the old timers scoreboard?

  • lol

  • hahaha very true

  • he does look like mccain! lolz

  • u kinda look like john mccain

  • Grandpa FTW!

  • lmao

  • lol nice one!!

  • You said it goes into a right handed batter if your a righty your a righty and it went away from the batter?? LIAR

  • thats how you throw a sliding screwball!!!!

  • a sliding screwball? ya you are smart aren't you

  • hahaha

  • hell yeah that old timer can throw lol

  • lol...

  • the old man can throw

  • xD lol

  • he got some boop

  • Yeah I'm going to believe you instead of a guy who has a website teaching people how to pitch. That makes sense.

  • great vid. TY

  • wow wow that aint how you throw a sinker thats how youthrow a screwball

  • sinkers a dumb pitch

  • that's ignorant

  • you cant tell me what to do.

  • haha

  • nice pitch

  • would u shut the fuck up!!

  • Way better than the Mike Nolan sinker.

  • That was nasty

  • I think the thumb position on the bottom of the ball is important. It needs to be between the seems on the bottom of the ball. It's also important to keep your hand on top of the ball so as not to "Cut" the ball. If you are practicing this pitch, you shouldn't feel a lot of strain on your wrist. If you do, you are doing something wrong. The key to this pitch is that it is easy for young pitchers to throw and does not put a lot of stress on the wrist and does not require a lot of velocity.

  • this works, of all the sinker videos this 1 is the best

  • grandpa to the rescue

  • that was a SWEAT sinker.thanks

  • ok im working on my sinker and i cant do the lat part when u flick ur wrist on the inside of the ball, but cant u just bring ur wrist straight down instead?

  • thanks you helped me

  • essentially the same pitch just called a different name, most people think they are 2 different pitches but they are not.

  • what???? you serious??

  • what's the different between a sinker and a slider. plz reply!!!!!!!!!!!

  • a sinker sinks, and a slider slides. lol

but seriously the sinker drops. and a slider is almost like a curveball that really moves away from a right handed batter (if your a right handed pitcher)

  • no, a slider is a late breaking off speed pitch, breaking away from a righty if you are right handed....duhhhhh lol jk

  • sinker is like a 2-seam but with alot more break to it. a slider is like a sideways curveball.

  • i bet he can pitch better than you even if he has an off day LMFAO.

  • Great video Thanks a lot hopefully it will help me out
