Yep he said his best times are low 8's, not bad for such a heavy car. I'm still hanging to find out the mods his old 5 litre had

I found out he ran a 8.3 by the end of the night and 8.1 the next day. 0.8 quicker than that run.

Who knows, It was one of or the slowest run that I made that night, the track was pretty slippery by then but that's ok, he still made a much faster 60 foot than me so traction wasn't his problem
