I really don't understand this shit. Where is the police where are the helicopters where is the rescue. Everybody just stand on that bridge looking down. People are stranded on the water on top of cars and no one can do nothing. This is really a backward country. With all their oil money, maybe now they should stop fucking 100 wives at a time and learn how to adapt to the civilized and moderned world. This is really BACKWARD...Not one rescue team is on site. Everyone is doing everything possible, rescue teams are ALL OVER the city. So are civilians! Everyone is working together, not just the police. And about the "fucking 100 wives" thing, yeah that's getting old. No one does that anymore. The oil money IS helping BIG TIME. Rescue camps and everything are already built. Everyone is doing the BEST possible. Even in Riyadh people are sending supplies to keep everyone safe.

As I watched all those clips none of them have a scene where rescue teams are helping people out of the water or any police cars around, instead all I've seen are people standing helplessly and flabbergastedly over what's happening. In a civilized country like us you would see rescue boats, helicopters and rescuers helping people out of the flood waters. You are sure there are no "100 wives" around. How many do the Saudi princes and Kings still have today?

Most importantly it's not a river banks that broke, it's a flood caused by heavy rain that has no where to go cause your cities have no sewage systems. You are lack of modern infastructures. The fact that you can only help the survivors after the disaster proved that you aren't equipped to deal with natural disaters. You can only watch them happen & wait until it's over to do something. Such is a result of an undevelop & uncivilized country. Preventions & Assistance are what needed for disasters

Well, I agree with you but I hope now they will address the sewage problems and make sure the police forces can respond efficiently to future natural disasters. Besides, floods, there can be earthquakes, a terrorist attact or even wars that a rescue team should be able to deal with immediate response. By the way it shouldn't be the king who pays the survivors, it should be an insurance company or the State of SA but since your country isn't a democracy that issue isn't argueable.
