its been three days (game time) I made your Exact house (the one you made first in video I WISH I had that one!) and no NPC came to my house D: I only have merchant and guide

@Bazoka8100 Later NPC's require some things before they move in, like a druid requires you have 20 mana, things like that

Do they just randomly spawn in rooms?

If not how do they go upstairs? :P

@TheMiniDwarf Nope, they'll come from outside and walk in to your house, and they kinda go to whatever room they please pretty much haha

@SkullRiderVideos Not too long, for each person maybe the equivalent of a day or two in game time. But for all of them took a little longer since you have to meet a set of requirements for each.

hey i have a little PROMBLEM. during a goblin invasiong my demolitionist died. and i have houses for each on of them and my house is a little bit off away from them. but suddenly my demolitionist spawned in my house and wont leave. currently the house i made has no doors,chairs, tables. it does have a light source still but even though i killed the demo man like 5 times he wont stop fkin spwning in my place :( pls help. do i have to take out all the lights too!?!

if an npc dies how do you get them to move back in?

@panicpvpownsu They will re-spawn and move back in after a little bit if you still have the right conditions for their room

@everyone wgo is having an "npc moving bug". My answer to you is simple; you require at least one door

yea, i have a bug also i guess, i have 4 gold and a room with a door a table 2 chairs a candle and 2 torches. ( with the walls and everything like they need to be) but no one has moved in.. wtf?

I have a strange bug. I have 3 rooms made of gray stone with gray walls, a torch, a door, a chair and a table, but it's been almost a week ingame and I still haven't got and npc. I have 3 gold, 10 bombs and 120 HP.

@Azated2 Hmm that's weird... Have you updated the game? I know they released the update the day after launch.

@Azated2 Well... You could try another torch, make sure there is wall behind the the same plane walls (the walls that you cant move through), or possibly raise the roof. Also, I have server up for some time; check my channel.
