Try to reduce the screen resolution in the game. Main menu - Options. Also try to set the option frame limiter to off. And if that doesn't help then set the details option to low. My pc is also slow with high detail set in the game. Don't worry it's just some grass and shadows that are reduced. Even "bronxcarlitos" hasn't this option set to high in this video! I hope that helps
