It is not necessary to stimulate the genitals with one's finger. It is far more efficient and cleaner to simply pat the genital area with a paper towel. NOW your hands are dirty and you are feeding them. That bottle is supposed to be sterilized. It is also better to have their all four feet on the ground just as they would when they would be sucking off of mother rather than holding a kitten in the air, which is unnatural.
