  • This is a great yoga workout. Especially if you want to tone your figure and slim down. I love it.

  • @totallyc00lkorean Generally if your new to yogayou'll sweat especially during the awkward pose. I've been doing this on and off for about a year, so I don't sweat. :

    Plus, a tip. I usually skip the awkward pose and the other pose which name I don't remember that is kind of like the awkward pose except you cross your legs and arms? I don't do those poses because I find that it builds bulky muscles in my legs. If you have a lot of fat in your legs you should do it but if not, I don't recommend it

  • @srichaitej did you sweat a lot? i usually do but i cant tell if im doing the poses/ motions right or not
