Hey. The board is a nice thing if you're alone and have no one to train. Or it's good to show the spin of a serve.

But if you like to train your topspin for example the returning spin and curve of the ball is totally different from the spin another player would return.

So nice as gimmick, but not very good for serious training.

@hopufi it's more for having consistency with your topspin, so that it just becomes second nature--> (useful in a match)

Red and black are the same rubber.

The trainer can say: now back hand on the red board. for example!
