Super Punch Out for the SNES is a port of the same game from the arcade. By that I mean that there were two arcade Punch Outs, and the second one was called super Punch Out. Then, when the SNES came out, Nintendo decided to port the game to it with some updated visuals and what not added in. Unlike the NES punch out, the SNES Super Punch Out was closer to it's NES counter part.

You go onto Last Stand Mode after Title Defense and on either your second fight or first loss you'll fight him and then he'll be on Exhibition Mode regardless if you won or lost. Hope this helps!
