Right so I plau vlad and main him since he went F2P that one week so he is op in my eyes to you he isn't he doesn't need a nerf or buff because he is great. On my first few games with him my best was 19/2/12 and I am getting the best scores with him so don't whine that he is shit or anything because you are prob just terrible at playing him. My first game with him I made the opposing vlad rage quit after killing him two times in a row without hitting b and buying.

They have nerf him too much now it's very hard to hold a lane with him solo top or mid ( against chogath , irelia , singed , warwick garen you get easily outfarmed in few minutes)

Besides according to me now he is only viable with a double ap combo for example with a brand or a fiddlestick

@xano95 vlad is very much op...and so is noct...its down to wut u want ad or ap...i would go with vladimir personally cuz he cn stay in lane very much longer then noct...but on the other hand noct...is ad and has a fear , a built in banshees veil and his passive which regains his hp...so u should know
