I think this is one of the best Christopher Young scores ever!! He has such an incredible sense of melody. Incredible! A melodic theme for a scary movie. All done with orchestra and choir.

I remember watching Drag Me to Hell with my girlfriend since we both love Sam Raimi's movies. But then the ending came about and we were both silent for a good minute or two before we both went "Holy shit..." We need more Sam Raimi horror movies!!!! XD

Drag me to hell,is true horror,dark comedy,and genuine suspense all in one.Sam Raimi was on top of his game with this film and its definately one of the best horror films of the 2000s.But the best part has one of the most memorable theme songs I have heard in a long long time.

@Brightfur10 Well, it's a Sam Raimi's movie. Before he did Spiderman, he alos did the Evil Dead serie. Sam Raimi getting back to his roots makes this movie a masterpiece in the horror genre to me.

@Halleberryismine Yes, the ending sequence is indeed awsome. I forgot to mention the "comedy horror" genre to describe this movie only because the first Evil Dead was actually a serious horror movie. But yes, after that one, he did better going for the horror comedy genre. Also like the earlier movies by Peter Jackson. It's still great to think that the directors of Spiderman and the Lord of the Rings began their career with these fun horror movies.

@Eroldir ....film back to his visual ways, but to be honest lovly bones is hit and miss, the visuals drive youo ut of the story, without the intercutting scenes of her dream world with mark walhbergs actually great dramatic performance i tihnk he might have got an oscar, sadly this film was too highly strung in salmons world...but here drag me to hell has a style and diffrent look as modern films do better qulity in camera and cinematography but here, still old Sams style dence evil look on life
