Believe it or not, but the Strawberry Alarm Clock is performing at the Malibu Inn (California) on June 16, 2007. Ed King will not be there but 5 of the original guys (Randy Seol, Paul Marshall, George Bunnell, Mark Weiss, and Steve Bartek) plus King's replacement (Howie) will be performing. They recently played in Champaign, Illinois for a screening of BEYOND THE VALLEY OF THE DOLLS. I got to see them rehearse at Radio Recorders (Studio 56) in Holllywood In April,2007 and they were awesome.
Howie Anderson!... I play bass in a band and I've been taught a little guitar by him. He's so cool! he just watches over us and sometimes jams with us. We're planning on playing the song soon (he doesn't know that we've ever heard of SAC).. It's gonna be good
Thanks to the "great" interviewing skills of my cohort, I'll never know the members interviewd. As I wasn't a diehard fan of SAC, I was just an observer behind the camera. But if you could find out for me, I'd sure appreciate any info. Sorry I can't provide more info. KS
