Its a piece of shit. I have heard many times and including myself have had problems with with trackpad/trackball also, I opened it up and never worked I called up with problems and redirected me with 7 other people and said they do shit all. My impression - Unreliable.

I think I like it. I've never had a smartphone before, though i do know lots about them. I like it cuz it seems preactical, not so huge like the bold or the torch. and i can get used to the keypad

This phone is like a mix of the BlackBerry Bold 9700, Bold 9780 and the BlackBerry Curve 3G. It has the dark chrome finish from the Bold 9780, the media controls on top from the Curve 3G, the camera and memory from the Bold 9700, and the styling of the Bold 9780 and 9700.

@JacobsAccount I have it, its nothing but errors messed up screens light leeks lifting screens ruined trackpads. I went through 4 from bell and the all sucked. I use to own the 8100 and 8110 and the build quality on this is horrible

In order to get the BlackBerry Maps icon you must unlock your phone and put i a Sim Card that is not with the network that the phone is branded on i learned this when i purchased my BlackBerry Pearl

(Virgin Mobile Phone with a Fido SimCard that have Social Networking and Internet Data) and is will appear in your menu this will happen with any BB apps that are not showing up with AT&T after you may put your simcard back in
