Early on you told viewers to just click the x to kill the session.

THIS DOES NOT WORK, THE SESSION REMAINS UNTIL YOU LOG OUT

a good practice is to click start, and then log off.

otherwise

the session remain active on the server until it times out.

for connecting to another computer the session will be killed by someone else using that remote computer locally.

it wont connect to my PC... im using a wireless router by linksys to connect. there is no domain... i dont think and my work group is: KENNET but it still doesn't help me connect... i even turned off windows fire wall and turned on remote desktop... i cant do it from the windows side of my mac either. can you guys help me.. i got the right application i just need a little help.

If it's an older iPod (5G iPod, 1st gen nano, etc... not the iPod Touch or iPod Classic or new Nano) you might be able to get an older copy of the firmware by searching for "iPod Updater" on Apple's website. If it's a newer model and iTunes won't let you install it you might be SOL.

They should mention that this does NOT work with XP Home computers. Which I think is the most common form of OS. You must be able to run Terminal on the PC -- XP Pro and Vista will do this.
