Well the British have improved over the years.

They don't have the level of looks as in Italy, but they present 'character' to their looks, which can be quite attractive.

Im only saying that the average and standard in Italy is much higher.

It might also have to do with the fact that Italy has been a major contributer to the fashion world. They pretty much installed what beauty is. But i now tend to go with the Michaelangelo theory on beauty.
