Well this was a direct-to-DVD film, so you know it's bad. Although there have been a few good releases, but those are near extinct.

I think the look of the nurse is pretty decent, but the "good" doctor might have looked better undead, unless they wanted him to look alive for fear purposes. Also, the best brain scene is Hannibal. Everything else brain related pales in comparison. Also, no human would be acting normal with their brains groped like that. I mean, really.
