  • i just found out about this show, pretty cool, Spartan is the best no doubt

  • are these people like retarded....Slash wepons dont go through armour ofc but u dont fucking aim for the armor when u want to kill someone...you aim for teh parts that have no armor...god..shit they suck XD

  • Honestly, I'd just like to say this, first of all, YES ALL episodes of deadliest warrior were completely ridiculous when you compare the time and performance of the warriors, some episodes were correct, but a select few. I believe that when they removed the software by Slitherin Studios, and added the new software, along with removing some old people in the show, it's quality greatly improved, the time periods were closer, and the matches were more realistic.

  • Psychopathic people must love this show.

  • IF ONLY THE NINJA WON WE WOULD SEE SOME NINJA VS SHAOLIN MONK ACTION D':

  • why is the words backwards o_O

  • @judowes mirror image,(avoid censorship)

  • @judowes copyrights

  • Fuck SOPA!

  • Why is all of the writing backwards?

  • @Knokabout Flipping videos can help avoid copyright bullshit.

  • Not even a question the spartan would win, great conditioning and strength, intelligence, and man plus the spartan is a tank. A blow from a spartans shield would knock just about everybody on the ground.

  • @pbugenstein Very true, which is why "Ninja vs. Spartan" makes no sense, an elite foot soldier, vs. a quiet, deadly assasin who avoids total combat, WTF?

  • Proud to be Greek

  • WTF IS BACKWARDS YOU ASSFUCK!!!!!!!!!! sorry no pain meant awesome video man really

  • WTF have they not seen the three section kung fu staff? It was one of the top weapons against catana, it could disarm it, and one of those staff could be from as light as 10 kg, to 30 kg, its proven, even if u use armour, in full speed, it bruises you and gives u broken ribs. And 3 section staffs are fast, more hits.

  • VERGIL VS ALEX MERSER XDDDD

  • I want to see the Knight vs Spartan.

  • spartan had it in the begining no question i mean hes a human tank

  • Samurai Suvlaki, yummi, hahaha

  • spartan rules!

  • I wanna see federation commandos from starship troopers versus Cadian stormtroopers from Warhammer 40k

  • Altaïr vs ninja

  • mods vs rockers

  • These tests are fun to watch but I wouldn't put too much on it. Computers predicted outcomes aren't reliable. What if you asked it to predict a fight between the king cobra vs a mongoose. Teeth to fangs. Venom to saliva. A cute furry animal to a deadly striker. The computers would laugh if it could and give victory to the cobra 200% .

  • Barbarian vs Viking

  • Goku vs Superman

  • The Japanese guy was wrong, the Spartans weren't tricked. They were betrayed, leading to them getting flanked from behind.

  • always love how putting english in reverse looks like russian

  • the fight was over before it started. Japanese samurai are used to fighting swordsman whom rarely deploy the use of shields, let alone a big ass hunk of metal that can knock you the fuck out from a simple shield bash.

  • 10:31 seems a bit arrogant eh? Leonidas knew about the pass, he sent greek soldiers to defend it. But when the persians started to flank the greeks was afraid that the persians would just bum rush them. The greek army defending the pass fled back to defend their own cities. By the time Leonidas found out about the greek army disobeying orders, the persians already had them surrounded

  • @Kasuh3 It was a Trachinian who was bought out by the Persians named Ephialtes. He was pretty much the Greek equivalent of Benedict Arnold and he told the Persians of the pass.

  • @MusicTechie8 My point was that Leonidas knew about the pass and sent some soldiers to defend it, the guy in the vid was ignorant and assumed that Leonidas was stupid enough to forget the pass.

  • @MusicTechie8 The traitor does not make much of a difference really, The Best Empire At The Time would have found it out soon enough. Honestly you seem to be speaking from stories and movies a lot more than the actual history itself, since you emphasized a Traitor instead of Talking about the greeks who abandoned their post and let the persians through.

  • @Kasuh3 If you're suggesting that I'm going off of "300," which was piss poor in term of historical accuracy, you're a fool for doing so. Ancient HISTORIAN Herodotus recorded that Ephialtes revealed the secret of the pass to Xerxes. I AM speaking from history, dude. "Honestly," you didn't do your homework well enough. "The Histories," Book VII, 213, it was a traitor. End of discussion.

  • @MusicTechie8 The Persian Empire was the biggest and best nation at the time. They would have found the pass with or without the traitor. THE TRAITOR WAS NOT IMPORTANT. What was important was the Greeks who abandoned their post in the mountain pass to protect their home instead of helping the Greeks at Thermopylae. Your history book should have talked about that. That decision was the reason why the Persians broke through, despite going against superior Greek armor.

  • @Kasuh3 If that were true, why didn't they find it from the start? And the Phocians that defended the pass "abandoned" it because they were taken by surprise. Even then, they NEVER ran, they only retreated to make their stand against the Persians at the pass, but they were all mowed down by ARCHERS. You make it sound like the Greeks were cowards but they would gladly give their lives for the cities they swore to defend.

  • @Kasuh3 And the army of the supposed "best" empire was decisively slaughtered at the Battle of Plataea, in which the Greeks were led by 10,000 Spartans. The surviving Persians only numbered around 43,000 out of the original 300,000 at the beginning.

  • @MusicTechie8 thanks for the info. I still think the Persians had the best empire at the time, you left out the part where they took control of a lot of Asia.

  • William Wallace didn't wear a kilt.

  • don't you think it should of been SAS VS IRA as it makes more sense but what the hell

  • why didn't they mention the Mongol Horde? Afterall, they defeated most of the countries in Asia and half of Europe in 13th century.

  • Why would you slash at thick armor when there is a perfectly supple throat right above it?

  • we res

psect each other but when we kill we do it in respect to

  • 1:55 IS THAT A FAMAS

  • i love how they couldnt stop talking about the spartan shield but didnt care about it with the roman centurion who had a much better one hahaha

  • I just wonder why they didn't pit a Roman Legionnaire against the Greek Spartan Instead of a non armoured and horrible ninja...

Think about it, Both has a spear, a large shield, loads of armour, and swords. they are Rivals in every bloody way!

Just amazing that copyright didn't exist back then because I am not sure who would sue who.

  • ìs it just me or does the dude doing the over voice sounds like the dude that loses and eye from the movie 300??

  • @AlexTaylorBishop23 yeah he does lol

  • @majorSH0CK Ok thanks for letting me know

  • Jeez, I heard that this show was just a bunch of pseudo-science, bull. Turns out they were right. It doesn't matter who the hell the two duelists are. They're treating this like it's some kind of video game for god-sakes(Not that I have anything against video games)

  • ROIRRAW TSEILDAED

  • @xgodzillafirefoxx not under the arms

and besides the spartan has a sheild to bash the samurai with the samurai has to get his club out and put his sword back in

by that time he's already dead he just doesnt know it yet

  • why not try to do mike tyson vs muhammed ali?

  • @Jessescorpion47 Because they're not warriors.

  • For a laugh I would love to see .. The Deadliest Warrior : Assassin's Creed Special - Altair vs Ezio ;)

  • narrator is the same narrator who lost his eye in 300

  • I thought this was Russian until I noticed the backwards spelling...

  • can someone tell me why the juice head is not in this one swinging at the shield

  • anyone else think the narrator is the same guy that narrates 300

  • @r3gan12345 he is

  • your writing is backwards mate!

  • Whoah, check out them exaggerations at Thermopylae. It´s more badass when its actually real and not insanely raised

  • It was about 300 vs 50000 or 100000 people exaggerate the amount of perisans .

  • @NavyGod777 that's still a lot though

  • @Username14129 True.

  • @NavyGod777 In actuality, there were 5,000-7,000 Greeks. Spartans did only number 300, but they weren't the only ones fighting on the Greek side.

  • They REALLY fucked up the Zombie vs Vampires one, which was the first episode I saw, so they don't have my credibility in my eyes...

  • the spartans always say "with your sheild or on it"

as in you come back with your sheild alive

    or on it dead

you dont run away (since the sheild is too heavy for running)

  • If they continue one-on-one showdowns, here's some I'd like to see:

Indiana Jones (from Raiders of the Lost Ark) vs Dr. Allan Grant (from Jurassic Park 3)

Chuck Norris vs Liam Nesson's character from the movie Taken

Master Chief (from the Halo games) vs the marine from the Doom 3

  • Spartans arms are exposed so when he attacks he can lose hes arm.

  • @Famas54321

a samurai is just wearing clothe on his arms so it works both ways

but ya that is a weakspot

  • @serialkillerwhale no they don't. They have armour on the outside of their arms.

  • they should do bruce lee vs chuck norris

  • @guesswho2140 bruce lee beat him in way of the dragon

  • @toocool2beat yes i know but people don't know this, any fight enthusiast that thinks that chuck norris would beat bruce in a fight would be proven wrong as they run all possible statistics the outcome would prove bruce would beat him

  • @guesswho2140 lol Bruce lee 4 life!

  • So these three faggots just DECIDED what the final match would be without having the Native American, William Wallace and the Shaolin monk fight with the Spartan and samurai because they arbitrarily decided that they wouldn't stand a chance because they don't have armor? What about stealth, range and accuracy hitting unarmored bodyparts? They could definitely win! What a shit show! I personally think the Apache would have won it all due to his speed, stealth and ranged weapons.

  • No one can touch the spartan out of these

  • @jasonwolfe77 the spartan was an elite soldier but over all was not the best fighter in the world they were specialized in a phalanx formation just because they had the best military did not make them the best warriors in single combat

  • @personwhoisbored12 while i agree with that you must also realize that they are stil plenty beastly and deadly without their buddies right next to them

  • I agree

  • So if they split it by taking out gunpowder era.Why didnt they bring back the knight?

  • i wanna see 5 bloods vs 5 crips

  • @pirateloads123

    looool

  • @pirateloads123

You want to see 10 idiots who can't hold a weapon properly fighting poorly? Awesome!

  • @pirateloads123 if you bring 5 crips and 5 bloods against 2 ancient spartan

they will be died on 10 minutes

  • @pirateloads123 population of crips : 50,000 population of bloods : 15 000, they are both dumb groups. they would prob. kill eachother off before they got to fight the other gang

  • BS samurai wins no doubt.. plus naginata is no doubt better than spear..

  • DEADLIEST BRO

  • i wounder is there coming back iv got a good idea british army agents japan army 5 vs 5

  • is it true that the guy who replaced the tech guy lied about his military service?

  • Having seen some of the armor they display in Japan... the samurai were ridiculously short in stature. The viking should have won that fight, and then the spartan would kill the viking.

  • I think Samurai win this Duel my opinion :P

  • @ComradeMing I thought that they had switched to the Pilos helmet.

And is it me, or is there a serious bias against mail armor in this show?

  • What's about other groups that weren't shown like the aboriginal people,F.A.R.C,Somailian warlords,E.T.A,I.R.A if some of these were on sorry but I don't think they were.be interesting cause like others they have unique fighting attributes

  • This is SPARTA!

  • !atrapS si sihT

  • Well now if it were gun vs steel then no real skill required to fire a gun, only thing needed would be a good aim and a good gun.

  • I this this is complete BS and this really doesnt answer who is deadlier, the answer is always left to the individuals skill, the same as in MMA fight or any other fighting sport.

  • spartans were epic warriors in a phalanx but alone they were just rock hard professional soldiers with a total lack of fear err...

  • a samurai would NEVER go into battle without his wakizashi

  • Spartan!

  • FREEEEEEDOOOOOM

  • william wallace

  • I think the Naginata gets the edge because the Naginata has no damage however the spartan spear bent. And the samurai Armour had no bruise underneath because there was still a layer, the spartan Armour had a dent underneath there would be a heavy bruise.

  • OHW SI TSIEALDAED!!!

    ...

    FUS RO DAH!!!

  • Season 1 flaws and goods

    samurai vs viking good

should have been spartan vs knight

    ninja vs apache

    pirate should not be there

    wiliam wallace and shakazulu good

shoulin monk vs maori warrior good.

  • have you guys noticed the spartans sheild got smaller since the ninja fight

  • you dont have to be a samurai to know your not going to try and cut armor, youd stab and cut between it

  • £50 on Samurai to the win

  • Samurais are deadly.

  • theyre confusing modern WUSHU with ancient Shaolin fighting systems... epic fail those fancy moves were invented after they rebuilt martial arts when the communists outlawed it

  • @Taud Of course, these guys are a bunch of ignorant pricks. The tests on chainmail were wrong, proper rivetted chainmail with gambison and so on was much more resistant than they think.

William wallace would be wearing a complete set of armour too.

Then the "history" part with the spartans is laughable.

The samurai had totally uneffective weapons against armour, even chainmail and so did the spartan.

  • stop fucking mirroring shit!

  • owch!!!!!!!!

  • This is stupid, history states that like a few hundred Shaolin Monks kept the jap Samurai army out of china with just sticks and a great knolege of there enviroment

  • HAHA this show aint right...representin a spartan.... is an american?!? bahaha...think that tells enough of this show lol

  • The Smurai should have won in the stimulation because the Kanobo would have broken the Spartan`s shield holding arm.

  • @supersmash43 nope wrong

  • What a huge difference in the people representing the spartan/samooorai. Barry was pretty professional and not biased whereas tetsuro was being a total douche.

  • in the end of the fight the spartan won he hit the samurai in the ear and the samurai was in shock he hit the samurai in the face with the shield and the samurai fell the spartan stabbed him in the neck to finish quickly

  • @OldRockNeverDies

Athenians were famous for pederasty. Spartans were famous for NOT having pederasty. Don't get it confused.

  • The ultimate question - OHW SI ?TSIELDAED

  • Fuckin Invertion

  • I like

  • nice joke about the greeks being gay, the truth is Greeks highly promoted bi-sexual relationships , why? They thought it made strong male bonds, it was a very male oriented society and they wernt like the stereotypical PRIDE FOR ACTING GAY THAT I GOTTA MAKE MY VOICE GAY , plus Homosexuality did not exist in Greece but it did in the Asian lands since its Taboo, since people were more open with sexuality in Greece you were either Straight or Bi-Sexual no inbetween so really, more fags in Japan

  • @MeatstickRob88

    Homosexuality was illegal in Sparta.

  • Does anyone find the melee fights to be more entertaining then the more modern Warfare ? (late 17-19th century gunpowder war is boring as hell)

  • why is the Rajput removed? I LOVE katars : S

  • the samurai guy is wrong the sparten did fall for any trick they chose to stay and fight to the death

  • lol We gonna make samuraj suvlaki !!!

  • @vikfox8 what is suvlaki?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @JESUSISGREATEST suvlaki is greek meat on a small peace of whood, that it looks like spear... take a look on google

  • @vikfox8 Thanks for replying...

  • So Deadliest warriors are Spartans ? Deadliest Bullshit

  • @aluurchin2 LOL

  • @aluurchin2 so stop watching the show if is bullshit. You are the biggest hypocrite I bet if the Samurai won you wouldn't say shit right. Further proves you are a simple minded fanboy nothing more.

  • @LoneMyth Chill out man look at your profile picture open minded fanboy and im not saying that this show is bullshit i was disapointed by final result yes i like samurais they are more skilled and its my opinion why so serious?

  • @aluurchin2 I am open minded look at the videos I uploaded you would see Samurai. I am not brainwashed by Samurai Myth. And no samurai are not more skilled yet again you believe the stupid myth.

  • @LoneMyth i dont think the spartan would win against samurai. No I am not fooled by samurai myth but I do believe a samurai would have difficulty fighting a knight.

  • @GoHardMG Yeah explain to me how can the samurai can beat the spartan.

  • @LoneMyth Historically speaking samurai/ asians are relatively short roughly being around 5,4,-5,7 ft. I believe spartan would look at a small man and laugh. Any ways Spartans are light armor and only seek to use broot force, wile samurai on the other have seek tactics and look at the motion of the person. Light armored man + over confidence vs. small agile samurai with katana = samurai victory.

  • @GoHardMG That is the most dumbest comment I ever read in youtube. Further proves you no nothing about Spartans and Samurai.

Katana is a weak sword and overrated.

Spartan has brute force and Tactics > Samurai only Tactics

Spartan born and raised to kill > Over weight Samurai has Ego

Spartan Sword smaller than the Katana = Spartan victory.

    Here is proof

    /watch?v=nU_6x4Dvs3g&feature=channel_video_title

  • @LoneMyth I chnage my mind I though about it and merely left it up to experience. The argument is much like the question of "which martial artist is better? " the answer is no one. Any martial art can be effective if use correctly and experience has to do a lot with it. They are both from different regions and is weaponry made to defend/attack against know enemies. So I really leave it to the skill of the individual. Spartan vs Shaolin... shaolin for the win.

  • @GoHardMG Zulu vs Shaolin... Zulu for the win

  • @LoneMyth shaolin I think they are the most skilled warriors on the planet. I would never fuck with one of them, really wish I could be one though.

  • @GoHardMG In my opinion Zande Warrior is more skilled warrior than the Shaolin.

  • holy funking crap that samurai armer is 200 years old and probably a family heirloom and this guy is going to let them stab at it with a spartan spear!!! This guy mus be pretty confident.

  • @HarpyGirl 200 year old armor I wouldn't do it either. He should have used a replica. I think he did it because of National pride.

  • Guns ruined warfare :P

  • They all base it on probability. Unless you own a time machine then it will never be known for certain but it's all done in good fun.

  • um it is unknown if either a spartan or a samurai would win there both from different time periods

  • wow the spartan wins again! im not saying it the numbers do!!!

  • @FruityWilly no those with the rectangle shields were the roman Centrurions

  • This is bullshit; no 300 could kill 200k men-they would have dropped dead from exhaustion first.

  • @RPenta dude it happened in real life its proven buddy. so 300 could kill over 200k men

  • @KillerLord26 the 300 did not kill 200k men. the only reason they held so long is because of the terrain. look it up.

  • @th4Guy77

Also, wasn't there a group of Greeks from other cities that provided some backup?

  • @RPenta 300 didnt kill 200k they only killed 20k but it is not only 300 spartan there were 7k greek allies includes 300 spartan

  • wow they forgot about the 6700 other greeks with those spartans..

  • @alohaM3ANS To mention that takes away the drama of 300 Spartan hoplites making a last stand, knowing they would die. I do know that the other 6,700 Greek hoplites and other soldier types were crucial to holding off a Persian invasion. If the producers really wanted to look at Greek heroism and skill, they examine the Athenian hoplites and navy that didn't just make a stand but achieve decisive victories and slaughtering thousands of Persian soldiers.

  • @3baxcb Myth is so much more interesting than fact--well, some of the time.

  • love that spartan defense system!
