Fallout 3 is a good game, but Mafia 2 is newer and much more better than Role playing Fallout 3. It's truth that there is no vehicles in Fallout 3, but maybe it's better. Some games are just not acceptable for any vehicle (Fallout 3 includes couple vehicles in add-on versions, Presidential sub level metro and Point lookout steamship, player cant drove these vehicles himself)
