I was more of a COD fan until I tried Bad Company 2. MW2 really disappointed me though because its barely a new game to MW, it's more of an expansion than a full game.

Bad Company 2 has a updated engine featuring full destruction and the sound... have you heard the sound? it's AMAZING, completely blows MW2 away.

People compare these games because they are of the same genre, the "war" genre. While both being good games, the crown goes to Bad Company 2.

BATTLE FIELD BAD COMPANY 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!! if your not sure on which you wanna get. I have MW2 myelf and i played bc2 beta and BC2 is by far better don't fall for the COD and end up buying the game only to find out you sorta wasted your money BC2 is still in development and it already beats MW2 id say wait it ou for BC2 or just get them both but bc2 oretty much wins with its aspects and HDR audio along with it:D
