What kind of atheist would want to be married in a church, honestly? Some gay people aren't atheists. Crocker is, but that's Crocker for you. Some gays are Christians, but they follow a different interpretation of the Bible than most Christians, just like the Mormons or the Jehovah's Witnesses. Any state that doesn't allow them to marry at churches that want to marry gays is violating their religious freedom, guaranteed by the First Amendment.

Its amazing you shun our first amendment rights of saying to protect marriage and encourage gay marriage so much.
