@Corykinz given more back to them. :) i wish too i was born earlier, like in the 60s so that by the time the Pointer sisters came out i could have appreciated them more. i was too young to know them that well back in the 70s and 80s, the prime of their careers. But for me it's better late than never.

If only i can reach Ruth and Anita and tell them how much i love them. HOw much i appreciate their music and how it affects me now. And that I love their sister June too so much. I miss June.

The lyrics were taken out of context. They sing "I've got a sweet tooth, I like sweet things. Nothing cuts me loose like the sugar you bring." and then go on to say twist my arm etc. It's offered in a suggestive and seductive context like "Want some sweet lovin?" "Well....twist my arm" LOL :) Great song!!
