I do this with making lists too! Break it down into tiny tiny steps and write it down. I have a list of stuff on my computer.
It gives you such a sense of accomplishment when you complete several of the baby steps. Plus, with getting a job recently this has become even more crucial because I need to remember deadlines for stuff along with my work schedule.
This was very cool to watch, since I use this tactic a lot recently to deal with stress. It's nice to know that I'm doing things the way you would, since I look up to you more than you probably realize.
Changing even my mindset I have towards things from the big picture into baby steps, as you said, has seemed so daunting to even attempt. I know this would help me so much but I'm even afraid to attempt making this change, worried that I can't do it or do it perfectly. I guess if I try to think of this as not a major change but just a habit I have to break, I might be able to start and get somewhere with it. Thanks Samm :)
I have kind of a weirder problem. I use to be really stressed out alot because i procrastinate a lot. But this semester for college i've been taking yoga and most of my stress is gone. My problem is that i got more stuff done when i was under alot of stress and now that its mostly gone i'm having a hard time focusing and getting school work done. but i think that what you said about making a list and making everything smaller might be something that could help me alot. Thank you :)
I love how you(your other channel) like this channels vids so I basicly see images' sub box right above the actual sub box in the form of ssskinner's likes.
Thank you so much for making these videos! I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder since I was eleven. Having GAD has been taxing on my life and my relationships because it is so severe. It is good to know that I can conquer my anxiety problems and still graduate college with, ironically, an English degree.
Thanks, Samm!

Seriously, try and become a psychiatrist or a therapist or something, you'd probably be really good at it.
