In the overwhelming majority of cases, Serbs responded to aggression rather than initiating it. For example, Croats cry about Vukovar all the time but it was in Vukovar that Mercep's terrorists arrested Serbian civilians, hauled them off for interrogations and murdered them. This was before the Serbs started the battle for the liberation of that city. In Bosnia, Croats and Muslims attacked and murdered innocent Serbian civilians near the town of Brod.

Croats committed a gruesome ethnic cleansing of Serbs with the help of their American allies and Belgrade's treachery.

Serbs had the right to defend their homes wherever they lived, including their lands in the Tito-created Croatia, Bosnia, and the Tito-sponsored Serbian Kosovo. Serbs responded to aggression from Zagreb, Sarajevo, and the criminal clans of Kosovo against attacks on their homes and families. They cannot be aggressors as they had every right to self-defense. The aggression was also committed against Bosnian Serbs by the regular Croatian Army units in north Bosnia and Hercegovina.
How do YOU defend the actions of criminals like Tomislav Mercep and Branimir Glavas who kidnapped innocent Serbs in the middle of the night, took them to unknown locations and mudredered them? It is the aggression of the highest order. How do you excuse the genocide committed against Serbs near Brod, how do you excuse the killings in Sijekovac and the concentration camp in Brod? Bosanski Brod was not a part of Croatia, why were Croatian regular troops there? They were the AGGRESSORS.

Croatia declares independance from Yugoslavia, the Serbs in Croatia start a rebellion (not protests), who are supported by the Yugoslav army. Who turn from Slovenia and head to Croatia.

During Oluja the Croatian Army dropped leaflets and broadcast on the radio safe escape zones for civilians, zones that were protected by the U.N. It has been well documented the Serbs tanks ran over and killed many of their own people with these tanks whilst fleeing the Croatian army.
Serbs should never have started these wars. Serbia is at fault - simple.

Serbs provided safe passage to civilians?? - Yeah there own. What were they doing In Srebrenica, Vukovar; where they almost entirely leveled the city and created thousands of refugees, Dubrovnik which is UNESCO world heritage site, that didn't stop them from bombing it.
Did they participate in the killings of Serbs at Sijekovac? And if they participated in that campaign, have they been prosecuted for the killing of people based on national/ethnic origin and religious affiliation?

No one crossed the border considering Croatia was a part of Yugoslavia. In the Yugoslav constitution, the Yugoslav Army has the right to defend its sovereignity in all republics.
If Croatia had not declared independence and attempted to take away the rights of Serbs living in Croatia, the war would have been avoided.
What Tudjman did was unconstitutional, and the JNA (Yugoslav National Army) had every right to intervene.

No, you are misinformed. The Serbian people wanted to protect their culture from the encroachments of the neo-Ustashas in Zagreb. They wanted to protect themselves from those who put grafitti like "Hang Serbs from willows!" on their homes, and from those who wanted to eradicate the cyrillic alphabet. When the same neo-Ustashas went overboard and kidnapped Serbs (taking them out for "questioning" civilians never returned from) the critical point was reached, and Serbs had to defend themselves.

Serbs were then disenfranchised and violence was by early 1990s used on an almost daily basis. For example, Croats cry about Vukovar all the time but it was in Vukovar that Mercep's terrorists arrested Serbian civilians, hauled them off for interrogations and murdered them. This was before the Serbs started the battle for the liberation of that city. In Bosnia, Croats and Muslims attacked and murdered innocent Serbian civilians near the town of Brod.

In the beginning Serbs were around 15 miles from Zagreb but were constantly ordered to retreat. In 1995, all of the intelligence and preparation work was coordinated by NATO/American officials. In the municipality of Srebrenica, as well as in other municipalities, over 3,000 Serbs (many of them civilians) lost their lives due to the aggression committed by Bosnian Muslims. Serbs had the right to defend their homes wherever they lived, including their lands in the Tito-created Croatia, Bosnia, and the Tito-sponsored Serbian Kosovo. Serbs responded to aggression from Zagreb, Sarajevo, and the criminal clans of Kosovo against attacks on their homes and families. They cannot be aggressors as they had every right to self-defense. The aggression was also committed against Bosnian Serbs by the regular Croatian Army units in north Bosnia and Hercegovina.

But your 'safe routes' were attacked by your own soldiers. During Oluja the Croatian Army dropped leaflets and broadcast on the radio safe escape zones for civilians, zones that were protected by the U.N. It has been well documented the Serbs tanks ran over and killed many of their own people with these tanks whilst fleeing the Croatian army.

Actually, the Croatian aggression against Serbs predates the creation of HDZ (although Tudjman was involved). We should remember that during the Croatian Spring in early 1970s, the Croats demanded annexation of parts of Serbia and Bosnia. The situation was so serious and the hate so intense that the federal authorities had to intervene. Serbs had an experience in Kosovo, they were not about to let themselves be disenfranchised and cleansed as their brothers had been in Kosovo by Albanians.

You know what they wanted, they wanted Srem, and they wanted most of Bosnia, including the ethnically Serbian parts. There was no project "Greater Serbia," it's a part of hateful Croatian propaganda. The Serbian people exercised their right to self-determination just as the Croatian people had. Croats, led by Tudjman, killed them and denied them their right, and thus violated international law. Croatian Spring was all about Greater Croatia, early 1990s was a weak attempt to achieve that goal.

i would love to chat to hague and give them names of all serb terrorists who participated in the terrorist aktivities in croatia, but i gave all my intelligence to croatian authorities, and slowly all over the world they will hunt them done one by one, or let them come back to croatia to resettle as the hope but will end up in jail for being traitors, so you serbs keep pushing EU to come back to croatia, we are waiting for you knindze!!!!
