Amazing band saw them at Ayr along time ago saw BC too a big fan of the man Adamson his Guitar style was unique and man only now i see how clever and bang on they were lyrics and music..Excellent song Charles ! Though since the Unemployment up the road it should be Charles used to work in a factory now its just smack and death by 23..Thank you for singing what we all felt.
Thanks so much for this. I never saw the Skids live, living in Canada, but followed them faithfully and of course, was mesmerized by Stuart and BC. Charles was always my favourite. Totally hooked me while I was listening to The Clash's "Hammersmith Palais"

What no comments? Anyone else remember Richard Jobson and Stuart Adamson pouring beer on the punters from the window above the entrance at Clouds in Edinburgh after the gig?...those were the days...
wow. well, I would never have turned into a BC fan perhaps if not for the Skids.
What a great band and I passed 1st year university because of these clowns.
