I f you pee a lot, why not avoid caffeinated drinks, (tea, coffee, chocolate etc.) it works for me.
I've found it works well to avoid caffeinated drinks three or more hours before going to bed, result, no more getting up in the middle of the night. So, avoid all caffeinated drinks for about a week before some event, expect a horrible headache for a couple of days as your body adjust but you'll find the need to pee will be dramatically reduced.

Never talk to police. Even if they say they are your friend, or any promises. Don't talk to them. They are trying to get evidence to use against you. They will twist your words and make up stuff.

I can't see food shortages in a country as massive as Canada with so few people! Our leaders would have to be totally incompetent! Oops! As far as defending yourselves at the Protests, those collapsible clubs are legal for defense in Canada! everyone should get one! if some thug comes to club you, club him back! Imagine the back log and fiasco in the media if several hundred cases go to court, and the judge and jury have to sort out the mess. Did the cop in hundreds of cases behave properly?
