lol not being racist but how many black people do you guys have???? my school just had the first black distance runner in 7 (SEVEN!!) years lol. and this is with a school of almost 3000 people. but the sprinters in track is a different story lol.

i hate wen people from other sports dont think cross is hard or a big deal or even cool.they all need to watch this vid and see how its so much more than just freakin running

Very nice video. I agree with the guy a few comments below me, it shows the side of XC that most people dont see. People usually just think its a few people running for 3 miles and dont see the whole team unity of XC

im a sophmore and i run a 3.2 mile course with plenty of hil;ls in 15.34 secs my best time was 15.15 secs but the course barley had no hills
