it is unfair to have a big cut of 40% that will hurt others doctors and on the other side the only 08% raise will be eating up with Taxes so the fair deal is to cut 10% on the high price and add 10% on to the low end
hire nurse pract to work and problems will be reduced. Hire foriegn doctors to work as primary care and it will help a lot too. Just give around 100 k to these folks and health care will be no more a problem.
