@seamonex I didn't think there was anything wrong with the remake, Jackie Earl was a different freddy than Robert but it was still Freddy, a pretty interesting new interpretation of the character, same as I liked the remake of Friday the 13th, sometimes you just have to leave the other movies where they are, we can enjoy them for what they are and appreciate the new movies for what they are, Batman Begins wasn't the same as the Burton '89 Batman but both are entertaining for their own reasons

the movie? well you can't compare really I mean the first will always be better because its the original the one that started it all but I loved the remake I thought Jackie Earl was perfect as Freddy, he was downright nasty and I liked the idea of how the teens started to dream when they were still awake, they never really delved into the sleep deprevation with the origjnal movies and I thought it was done very well in the remake, I'm hoping for sequels

Great review, sir. I really like NECA's attention to detail and going the extra mile in their sculpting the peg for the head as a spinal cord and detailing the neck socket rather than leaving it as plain plastic. It's too bad it's a posed figure rather than a more functional action figure but the sculpting and paint application is fantastic.
