  • someone should make it a rule that faggot wayne's name can't be mentioned on an underground page. every fuckin time i get on some ughh shit someone is bitching about that lil nigger. i don't like him either but damm, if you don't like him keep his name out of your mouth and quit thinking about how bad his music sucks. it's a waste of time and energy.

    -AK

  • I honestly don't listen to rap, because all I ever really hear is the crap that's on the radio, but if it was more like this, I'd listen to it all the time. This is real, I'm gonna have to get a CD.

  • me and this mike is like [ying and yang]

  • Doom is the greatest MC alive...i understand what you mean AKthesavage. He's the underground hero....without him i might not even like rap anymore.

    -AK

  • word to akthe savage, thats what im feelin too!

  • Seriously though its nice to know im not the only one that claims DOOM as my favorite rapper,i feel like as a DOOM fan there arent any other fans..because like his style is so unorthidox and complex that i thought no one else understood him..im glad you guys know about my guy DOOM man,hes a legend in his own time..Real Talk

    -AK

  • amazing beat

  • son this is ma jam son..

plus she gotta sexy voice like jazzy joyce

  • Sade Adu

  • MFs flow is dope and unique

they really need to play his shit on the radio

  • There is a reason they keep good shit off the radio, so it doesnt get fucked up and known by lil wayne fans.

  • fans don't make the music, it's the other way around; but i agree with you, lil wayne can suck it

  • @crowne u right

  • @crowne same thing happened to black and yellow

  • @paperboy168 word son, word.

  • doom is a lyrical genius...

i wish this was on the radio and MTV and all that.but in reality all we can expect from the media is that watered down shit.

  • @ paul19781105 ur a fool doom is known by alot of old hip hop heads look up his track record ... he had done track with the best lyricist in rap . raekwon GFK nas most def , madlib(producer/rapper) not to mention one of the best producers of all time j-dilla ( r.i.p)

  • O yeah

it's also obvious DOOM should rock the MTV chards, i would easely let my kids watch DOOM video's instead of the sex hype and consumer-driven video clips they show to day..

Hell, kids would love the funny cartoon style thingy's and would learn alot of crazy words and knowledge as well :)

    DOOM don't curs..

To bad that's not the world we live in.. In our world little kids just wanne be what MTV shows them : Hustlers, pimps, gangsters and bitches.. so it's good when kids catching up!

  • Also

It's obvious that hiphop blew up and became sell out, so it devided in 2.. Real hiphop had to go underground again, back to where it all started and take it from there again.. Others went for the fast buck and went MTV Glam-hop.. So sure, the industry made hiphop look bad and far from what it supposed to be.. (more like the opposite) BUT luckely Real hiphop did survive underground and developt just like i think it shoukd be!

Like DOOM would say: IF you don't get it, you ain't suppose to

  • @ paul19781105

Serch here for a video called: Mos Def is fan of MFDOOM (something like that) You will see how he knows allot of DOOM's lyrics!

Also i think DOOM really started to stand out (in a very good way) since his debute album DOOMSDAY.. Before that with KMD he already was very good, but nothing like the rap author he is today.. besides that, you almost never hear rappers talk about eachother or saying they like other rappers..

It's simple, he paid his due by doing the do

  • I like the way you put that Goeroe.

    Unfortunately, I can't relate.

I was born in 1996. 13 Years old.

But, When I first heard DOOM I knew he would change my taste in music. I hate mainstream rap that they are coming out with nowadays.

I usually listen to stuff like DOOM, (Ofcourse) Wu Tang, Mos Def, Aesop Rock, etc.

  • ur on the right track man

check out Gangstarr, Erik B and Rakim, Slick Rick, and Atmosphere as well

  • Scott La Roc for life son

  • MF Doom, I always liked his stuff..... But damn I really underestimated him. He is amazing, this guy is an all around musician

  • DOOM was rappin in the 80's and 90's, took a little break and came back as MFDOOM in 1999 with his LP: DOOMS DAY.

This Album made huge impact on the Hiphop scene!

Infact i think DOOM is 1 of the few who always kept reppin and took it to a higher level.. That's why older people like 37 or so, who grew up with BDP,PE, EPMD, KMD etc, can relate to this.. It just evolved like this.. MadLib is another great example, to see how he evolved and therefor how Hiphop evolved..

    peace

  • what the FUCK are u talkin' about?????????

please tell me ur fuckin joking!! doom aint no gimmic hes the real fuckin deal, hes recorded with ghostface and de la soul and u say hes wack!?!?? nigguh get the fuck outta here, i bet ur bitch-ass listens to lil wayne's faggot ass and all that other mainstream bullshit, doom keeps it real, hes fuckin well-known in the underground, THATS where all the good music is at, LEARN UR HISTORY!!!

  • Wow... Well his songs dont make no sense just like these bubblegum rappers of today. But at least the bubblegum rappers have a catchy beat. Learn my history? I was poppin and lockin in the early 80s. I was there when MTV raps first aired for a half an our at 7pm pst. I was there for fight the power, Stop the violence, and the other REAL political rappers. The difference between them and Doom is they spoke clear messages with revolutionary beats that moved people. So you LEARN YOUR HISTORY!!!

  • It's not nonsense. Listen closely. There's a message in every word he puts into his rhymes.

  • LOL PHAILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • @paul19781105 are you a hater ?

  • doom is becoming a underground legend!

  • METALFIST TERRORIST

    big upps

  • Best Doom beat.

  • doom killed that benneton track with kurious n mc search

  • I agree, his older stuff was miles better and he used alot of beats that weren't his.

Batty Boys and Ballskin were good though

  • "Definition supervillain: a killer who loves children. One who is well skilled in destruction as well as building."

    good line...

  • everyone knows pac. big. nas the world aint ready for doom.

    MF DOOM- Closer

  • Eu amo essa música que não sabia o nome achei ela aqui por acaso...muito louca demais !

  • Rap of life.

RIP Subroc. He was hurt so bad that he put a mask on. And wtf is a peachfuzz? Oh that's the little mustache on that fine ass chic over there who once robbed a bank with Doom in 1942. Doom was alive then? Hell yeah, he been using that ol Alesis forever. I think he samples the superfriends and Dr. Doom cartoons, only to satisfy his lust for ill beats. What a crackhead or should i say raphead. I'm all outta ale !

    Shit.

I guess i was born into this!

  • you make no sense and you rip off beats by someone as famous as j dilla you should just give up on life

  • I don't steal beats. I actually found that sample before J did. This beat was done at least 2 years before Donuts ever came out. And you would unstand what my comment was if you knew about Doom well enough, but i see that you don't so i'll sit back and giggle. Every word i wrote was a Doom song - Stupid.

But go head - Cause you so smart.

  • beat is phenomonal

    lyrics are stupendous

    classic...

  • Toooo fucking good, big ups to DOOM

  • hey yo, why is MF Doomsday album cost over $100?

  • ....it doesnt?

  • I saw it on Amazon for $100

  • cause it's that fucking good that's why

  • METAL FACE FOR PRESIDENT. FUCK ERIC B. HE GOT SKILLS FROM ANOTHER PLANET period PEACE OUT

  • kiss of life

  • years backs this was the first doom song i heard and is my favorite next to hoe cakes

does anyone really understand this song, as nice as it is ?

  • i think i do, i know a lot is about his brother, and being in jail, and partly just bragodocious raw lyrics

.---I wrote this one in BCDC "o" section, if you dont believe me go get bagged and check then. ive listened to this many times and im not sure ill ever catch every bit of DOOM wittiness, which is why i like him so much.

  • doom is the illest, most creative, most original mc/dj out there, there is no fuckin doubt.

no one even comes close to his style in terms of originality, Gangstarr is next on the list but that's 2 people...

props to dumile the mothefuckin supavillain from ATL

  • The only artist that regularly has you hanging on every syllable ; Random association flow

  • That is the only way to describe DOOM's style.

Vick is so random with his words, but he manages to string them together into a coherent thought.

    Fucking genius, no doubt.

  • this shit is sick , it take me back to a time in my life when rap was growing to change to where it is now

  • I CANT WAIT FOR HIS NEW ALBUM

  • MF DOOM has no weak beats
