he means that devestator is a combiner, that means you can put him together with the constructicons

actually, unfortunately he's a separate transformer. I think you can only make him from the legends classes if you want him from the constructicons.

thats the set with the constructicons that have individual robot modes, the Supreme class version has the constructicons that become devastator body parts and have vehicle modes (not individual robot modes)
