Yes, the war needs to end NOW! By the way...HOW COME the Democrat congress didn't end it TWO years ago? They could have defunded it immediately! If Democrat President Obama doesn't get us out immediately on Jan 20th, the question will still remain...HOW COME????
If the troops pull out too early genocide is inevitable. The Iraqi government must step up or else millions will die, and that blood will be on the hands of the American people.
They won't pull out because they know that all the thugs armed by Iran into militias under mullahs would move in and take all those sweet oil fields away from Cheney's old oil company cronies. They aren't staying for the Nobel Peace Prize.
The notion that genocide is inevitable is one that is perpetuated by the racist fantasies of both republicans and democrats in office to maintain their war for oil. The larger issue is both that US foreign policy is geared toward making profits on fossil fuels and that the US invasion came first in 2003 provoking violence and sectarian rivalry and precipitating the civil war that followed. All because the US wants to install a US-friendly government that will keep crude oil prices down.
evidently you dont know enough about whats happened in Iraq. You evidently dont know about the mass murders by the Iraqi government which took thousands of Iraqis lives. My dad's been all over Iraq he can tell you from first hand experience that Iraq is a much less violent place then it was before the 2003 invasion.
My dad asked an iraqi nationalist what he thought about american soldirs being in his country and he said(word for word)"oh Mr. John now that american soldier come to my country Iraq be a much safer place to live."
he was describing a horrible event that I DEFINITELY do not think defines Shiite people. he is a Sunni though. why do you think Shiite didn't like American Media??????
the world needs more artists to save humanity,if there is a hope for it.there are no true artists that I know of that have a need to kill or cause harm or destoy.only the desire to create and give.
Let's be clear that the reason that art was looted in the 2003 invasion especially in the National Museum in Baghdad is that the US military did not move to defend the cultural centers and museums but went straight to the Ministry of Oil and guarded that instead. Nothing can be said to defend the brutal actions of ultra fundamentalist terrorists, but we have to realize that the problem is the terrorism that the US is inflicting on the people of Iraq. The solution, then, is to END THE WAR NOW.

Good message. The sound is a little low. I couldn't really tell where he stood on the US occupation.
