  • 4 months? Good work bud...

  • hey champ congratulations ;D

It shows how far we can reach if we will-power, in case you did diet, could you pass it to me?

  • program?

  • @JoshuaZamora

Glad it worked for you too! I was also using it

and was completely happy with the result. The

program does provides me with the nutritional

knowledge that helps me provide my body with

exact fuels it requires! Anyway, you got the site

    name mispelled. It should be

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • FAKE!! No one changes underwear so often :P

  • now you're ripped and everybody LOVE you lol

  • QUite a transformer, but calling yourself "fat" in the beginning isn't really accurate. Any "fat" person would kill to look like the beginning picture. Actually it's more attractive to me than the after picture.

  • can you tell me your program? what did you do?

  • Yumm

  • Hey, what was your exercise routine / routines?

  • 1000kcals a day? This is just simply impossible for me to do, even 2k is too little.

  • @Slaterking2010 - what's your current body composition and your current diet? 2000 calories can still be a LOT of food.

  • @MrFrothinger not too fat nor too skinney. Bit of a belly but i dont care. Maintaining fitness as its just about at its peak and increasing muscle strength and mass.

I have like 3K on days am not hungray and 4k when i workout allot and hungry.

  • What sort of things do you eat? There's a YouTuber called Scooby1961 who's good on bodybuilding nutrition. 3-4k per day sounds like a lot. What's your age and current weight?

  • @MrFrothinger I have heard of scooby1961.

    I eat what i like, am 185lbs 6' 3"/4"

    Thin build.

  • @Slaterking2010 - do you actually need any help, or are you OK as you are? To build muscle at your size and weight, and lose your belly, you should be aiming for 6 meals a day, 35g lean protein per meal with lots of vegetables and a small portion of complex, low GI carbs. About 500 calories per meal (so, 3000 was about right).

That plus weights and cardio throughout the week, and you'll be all set.

  • @MrFrothinger I roughly do that most days.

  • what did you do for sides ??

  • Ok so how did you do it?

  • he was already fit to begin with

  • how long did it take to get like that?

  • what exercises did you do?

  • 0:14 HOT

  • I'm sure this was all done for self improvement and health and for your own satsifaction. That said, I just have to comment that even in the beginning, you look like you were in GREAT shape. And then it just got insane! Good job!

  • I like your jaw line and mouth

  • i like your red stripped undies

  • that was cool.

  • Your dick hangs to the left. That all this video showed me. Lmao

  • And... How long did this take you to get ripped?

  • hey bro. You said you did your workouts at home? Do you have a gym/weights corner in your home? Or like free weights and shit?

  • @arse14nal Oh and the vid is amazin. Fuckn inspirational brah!

  • dude that's great must have taken a lot of commitment and dedication

  • Comment removed

  • dude, what's ur chest exercise?

  • Fewer than 1000 calories per day?! What the heck? Really?

  • should of worn the same close in each pic the speed up would look better

  • Those shorts of yours get surprisingly low

  • @Rscute yeah, just stay away from eating too many calories, eat a of high protein meals (especially milk, chicken breast, and peanut butter since they are all cheap and high in protein), as well as either take around 20-30 minutes of weightlifting a day, or just be old school an do a lot of pushups and pull ups each day. It's really not as complicated as people try to make it, you don't need all these protein shakes and soy supplements and some crazy diet.

  • Hey was this all from only bodyweight work only or was it straight all from gym? or mix of both? I'm just really curious because I have a friend who has never touched a weight in his life and he is pretty ripped and decent size

  • can you get a nice body, not ripped, without a DIET? damn i hate diet plans

  • its funny cause your pants slowly get lower and lower...

  • different guys in the photossssss!

  • can you tell me what you eat as your normal diet during this time, and how you eat now? I'm trying to tone my abs and I need to know what sources of protein are good.

  • @Madjunir

What about going from fat to ripped?

  • you have a great taste in underwear

  • you say you did 45 mins of working out each day, how often did you do cardio and what cardio did you do?

  • So tired of seeing this same 424 diet crap. I swear this is about the twentieth video that i see with it.This space should only be used for comments questions and answers. Please stop trying to promote on other peoples videos.

  • Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • what do u do for obliques?

  • NICE CHEST !!!!!

  • Are you flexing at the end or just normal standing?

  • nice smile!

  • shouldn't you have been able to lose the 7kg in a month on 1,000 cal a day rather than it taking 4 months?

  • @marknz2008 well, yes, you are right. I did the math and that couldn't have been the case. The comment bubble should read "in the END I consumed 1000 kcal a day"

  • @getFitExperiment Hi, nice transformation! Could you please give one more tip about caloric intake? When did you start using 1000kcal diet? What month and for how long? How much and what did you eat before that and for how long? Sorry, you look so good I had to ask^^.

  • @marknz2008 He lost more fat than 7kg and gained some muscles. I'd say he lost more than 10kg fat, maybe 10, maybe 11 and gained a few kilograms of muscles.

  • respect !

  • nice bro... see the mine transformation too :D

  • Thanks for motivared us

  • FOUR MONTHS? i am very impressed.

  • wow gratz good work :O

  • He was not fat, he looked sexii b4!

  • yay, i get to hear another 009 sound system song...

    *sarcasm*

  • @DocUnsane Can you believe they paid me fifty bucks for it ?!?!?!?!

  • @getFitExperiment No with 600k views you could have got way way more

  • Your arms got really hairy from begining to end

  • @aquament yes, that's true, all my hair in general got thicker. In the original pictures (3 Mpx) that is quite visible. That fact intrigues me quite a lot since I didn't take any hormones, I guess that training, dieting and spring make you segregate more testosterone or something like that.

  • wait how did u manage to lose fat while gaining muscle?? PLEASE wat is ur diet and did u do a lot of cardiovascular activities?? how mny times a day did u eat?

  • @Thingamuhjig95 My diet was high in proteins and I think didn't gain so much muscle.

  • this is very inspirational. thx

  • He already had chest muscle :(

  • @mobster100 That's something weird, I actually didn't train my pecs at all, they just don't care if I pay no attention to them! :P.

  • @getFitExperiment so ur lucky, they are full and perky

  • @getFitExperiment Mate you are so lucky. I go a month without training chest and go from benching around 85kg for 10 to struggling with 70 for 6 =/ The upside is I can gain the muscle fairly quickly too.

  • @getFitExperiment maybe you did a few pushups back in the day?

    anyway This video is great!

I just couldnt keep taking pictures that often because I wouldn't notice a difference

    I'm doing mine...every 2months?

  • Dude, what exercises did you do? Please answer. This is amazing

  • love it you look amazing dude and i wull have similar body if not better wish me luck

  • That was so cool!

  • Could you tell me your weight, height and optionally - body fat?

  • im 260 lbs and get constant hard on's, not sure wehat this guys malfunction is?

  • @bashafacin mmmm what?

  • @getFitExperiment My bad you didnt do drugs cuz you want your genitalia working, i miss read. i need to lose wieght any tips?

  • wow what's ur secret!!!!!

  • man you are really inspiring. may i ask for the exact details of your diet? i'm planning on doing the same but i'm not quite sure yet what kind of diet i should follow. i work out almost every day and i'm getting good results but unfortunately also getting additional weight from the excess of calories i consume. i'd really appreciate an answer! cheers bro

  • @Luxpalloris Thanks man! :) The "secret" build enough muscle, then keep training and reduce everything except proteins to the max, and complement with a good multivitaminic (since you will probably not get enough from food).

I ate a lot of fruit and tryied to keep calories to the minimum (say, between 500 and 1000 in total) for as long as you want.

  • @getFitExperiment i'm really gratefull for you answer! there is one more question i have...since you reduced calories that much how come you didn't loose too much muscle mass? did you eat just before workout?

  • @getFitExperiment i'm really gratefull for you answer! there is one more question i have...since you reduced calories that much how come you didn't loose too much muscle mass? did you eat just before workout?

  • great dude!

  • It's like the fat just melted off.

  • steroids

  • @Superchickenman159 Actually not, I wouldn't risk my health just to look athletic. That sounds like a pretty stupid option for me.

  • @getFitExperiment Yeah, you don't look like you took steroids, you look like you lost fat and replaced it with lean muscle mass. How many pounds of muscle would you say you gained?

  • @getFitExperiment x2 and most of the time the people who make those opinnions are fat asses who are to lazy to get to the gym

  • @Superchickenman159 the most steroid taking people look more awful...

  • no matter what i eat cannot gain one pound to get bulky enough to get ripped

  • @xbox360VizTec Ya gotta eat around 4 to 5000 calories a day and you'll start to gain weight trust me.. but be sure to start a workout plan in the process and youll start to put on muscle weight.

  • @slimj82 5000 calories a day? wow man, you'll get pretty fat! My techniques are less extreme, hehe. In any case, it takes some years to get your body used to build up muscle easily. Consider that I've been training for quite some years already, I just stopped for a year, and that is the shape I had in the first pic.

  • @xbox360VizTec It might take some years, I had been in a pretty good shape for 5 years before stopping for a year, and then started again, that is when I started taking the pictures you see here. It probably won't work if you don't actually enjoy going to the gym just for the sake of it :(

  • Any to get chest like that? Like what kind of exercises should I do to get my chest puffed out like that.

  • @9164523 That is actually pretty weird, I didn't do any chest exercises at all. For some reason that muscle was just there from the beginning. Consider that when you loose fat, it looks as though you had much more muscle than before, even if you haven't gained a gram.

  • @getFitExperiment Alright, thanks for the tip, watching this video motivates me to lose fats. =]

  • At points in the vid, his shorts went so low you could almost see his pubes. o.O

  • wow

  • i can see the hair in your chin , it's hot

  • check out Carley losing over 5stone and running the marathon in less than a year on my channel :) well done dude

  • very nice !

  • Heads up people, you can't go on a low cal diet and gain muscle. You need to try and keep your cal intake reasonable well working out. Eat before the gym and after and eat often. Remember the body stores fat so it'll eat your muscle befoere it eats you fat. If you eat often and properly your body will allow itself to use fat to burn cause it knows it has a constent supply. It's just like water the more you drink the less you retain.

  • you were hotter before

  • 5 times a week for 30 minutes? I train twice the time a day (1 hour for 5 days) and look nothing like that. Can you e-mail me your eating plan because that is most likely my problem. Thank you.

  • @FutureWHC I trained 4-5 times a week for 2 hrs (30mins cardio) and still i dont see much results and i'm taking muscle milk.

  • @SilverSurfer3o Maybe you should try... changing your diet...

  • @Latin1Dancer i can't stuff much food down my throat like some others can.

  • @SilverSurfer3o Have you tried lifting your max as many times as possible it helps alot

  • @ThePimp864 i have tried that. example: i maxed out at 50 lb dumbbell for only 5 reps and 2 sets only. then I go back down to 45 and then 40 for 7 reps at 2-4 sets.

  • @ThePimp864 i have tried that. example: i maxed out at 50 lb dumbbell for only 5 reps and 2 sets only. then I go back down to 45 and then 40 for 7 reps at 2-4 sets. some people no matter what they do just can't lose weight and for me I can't gain muscle.

  • @SilverSurfer3o try switching to barbell curls and use dumbells with the preacher bench.

  • Don't look very fat to begin with.

  • how long did it take you from skiney to muscle

  • nice booobs.... juuuuuussst kidding!

i have dropped10 pounds so far!

  • What about water intake man? Did you drink quite a bit of water, or did you sway a little and drink the occasional pop/diet pop/juice?

  • @0123tolson just dont keep it at home, and u wont drink it, when u go out buy diet,

  • dude you are inspirational

  • Someone has a very loose definition of the term "fat". Would be really cool if you were indeed fat and looked like that after 4 months. All you had was a little excess body fat to drop - far from being called "fat".

  • @RustyBlade2000

he wasnt really fat, but he wasnt ripped either.

the hardest part is not going from fat to normal, but from normal to ripped.

  • @madjunir Harder would be goin from fat to ripped...

  • @madjunir nah from fat to ripped:D well i find it harder to lose weight than gaining muscles but thats just me x)

  • how old are you? you were not a fat guy in the first pic. you were moderately in shape. i can see muscle definition all around with a bit of fat lying above it. i don't see a potbelly/muffin top or a straight arm (your arm has definition).

  • wow nice vid men!

  • fuckin amazing!

  • Pretty impressive. Thing is, your arms, chest, stomach are actually pretty developed even in the first picture. I bet that was a good couple of years of training just to get to that.

That's the general trick folks - once you've got rid of most of the fat on your body, and developed quite a lot of muscle, it's not actually that hard from there to tone up and get ripped.

If this guy put a video from the very start, it would be 2-3 years of flab

  • Hey man well done. Very impressive with a very 'complete' look. I have a question. How did you effectively build and define your pectorals? I look abit flat the moment. All I have been doing is pushups, I have no access to a gym but have a set of dumbells.

  • @Maverz290 google project swole. taught me all I know.

  • Good job!!!

How have you lost your lovehandles ?

    Hope for a answer

  • How long did it take you to achieve your results?

  • ewww... i can see the "trail" grow as time goes on. With the nipple hair too. lolz

  • ..Dude.. Shaved the nips? ;)

  • @getfitexperiment

was it all cardio or just weight training? mix?

  • 4 months?? awesome! congratulations

  • las primeras se las tomo desnudo jaja, que cague de risa

  • Good job man! You had a good build to start with and you definitely made the most of what you have!

  • he had pex from the start, hax!

  • COMMENT FAIRE ???

  • i hate the damn 009 sound system shit.

  • that is what i want to look like man!

    GREAT GREAT GREAT JOB!!!

  • did you lost weigh in your legs ?

  • LOOL! the only thing that doesnt change is his boobs, if u look at it, its like that the WHOLE time LOL

  • Did you work with a trainer or alone on this?? And what supplements where you taking???

  • hey dudes ^^

i need your help for a video on my channel!

i have bout 98 thumbs up on my video atm.. would be nice if i reach 120 thumb-ups!

i know this video is on german but plz click at least on that button!

    THANKS!!

    greets,

    ivan

  • well. Im a girl and this probably sounds weird but your video motivates me to get back on the treadmill and lift weights. Always fascinated how people can turn their bodies into weapons..

  • Good work man.

  • Where do you get your workouts from? Like how many days of the week do you workout? And do you separate different muscles for each day?

  • How many months did this take you?

  • How much lbs did you lose?

  • Good success. But actually no fat guy visible. At the beginning you already got good basis and only normal body fat. So I can see good fat loss but poor muscle growth. Anyway a proof of consequent training.

  • @chiefishere now my weight 115 kg and my height 167 cm

what is the time i require tell i reach agood body building muscular view like this video

in my openion i think 4 month

    i want your openion plz????

  • @bewithme4u sorry can't understand your question literally. Can you comment on whole sentences plz? When heaving 115 kg at 167 cm and low fat, you must be Mr. Olympia. If you are really 167 cm tall, on the vid I can see less than 80 kg. So I don't know what you mean with 115 kg. The time to reach that result depends on your age and history. For the small change I can see, you won't need more than 4 months.

  • @chiefishere yes sorry for missunderstanding

    my question is

now my weight is 115kg and my height is 167 so iam so obese what the time that i need to reach 70 kg ?

i hope u get the point

  • @bewithme4u Hi, I'm sorry, I thought you are the Video-owner seen in the vid, so I obviously made senseless remarks. Well, its hard to say the time. Anyway, time is unimportant, the point is to start and to be consequent making continuous progress. Building muscles is the best way to lose fat. Other points are healthy nutrition and doing fitness sports like jogging or swimming.

  • @chiefishere thank u so much

  • @aaronmoconn the pecktoids/chest muscles are push muscles, so things like push-ups and bench presses will attack your chest and also your triceps. id suggest, if push ups are hard, do 10 a day strait. once those get easy move to 15 or 20. bench presses id only suggest if u go to a gym or a friend has one, but u shouldn't go out of your way to get one unless ur financially swell!! good luck

  • u know wat my motavation is take sum jack3d then i feel like a monster !!!!!!!

  • how long did you excersice before getting that hot? nice job dude!

  • ur pecs are weirdly shaped...

  • u wanna hear my routine?

I workout like once a week cuz I have no motivation or energy and if I get a shitty workout I go on a chocolate spree and look in the mirror and say "oh well, I guess I wont get back to my peak fitness" and play some xbox .........while eating chocolate

    hows that for motivation????

  • @SurfbyShootin

    same here xD hahahah

  • noce job... you weren't in bad shape in the first place though

  • you motivate me............

  • hey man, how tall are you?

  • did you suplement with creatine?

Were you work outr days ocnsicutive or days off inbetween?

  • Fuck dude, that is sick! I just started working out again, I am tired of being fat, dont think I will look like that in a year, but I am gonna try my best, it has gotten to the point of just being tired of it.

  • YOU are AMAZING!!!

    Well done!!!!

    you look AWESOME!!!!

  • those are REAL abs...not the fake CTRL+C abs that Taylor Lautner has. Hes pretty good looking, but has the most fake abs i have ever een.

  • He was never fat!! He looked fit to begin with!

  • Damn. But you didn`t really look that bad to start with, but woh I like.

  • Ow ow! Lookin healthy!

  • you are hot!

  • These types of videos serve as a great inspiration.

I recently lost a lot of weight on the belly blast program

    BellyBlastProgram(dot)com

    Have you heard of it?

It seems to be working for me.

  • please man please tell me how you changed your wardrobe every 2 days please tell me please....
