  • i have an inversion table...noo posture/back problems since

  • this video doesn't tell you that if your muscles are tense/tight, that will effect your posture as well.

  • bad posture shortens the neck - you'd be surprised how man people have long necks

  • this guy is a giraffe

  • Thank you! ...very informative.

  • if you have a bad posture should alighning your back hurt at first

  • i just don't see how these gentle exercises could have any effect, they've gotta be a bit tougher, utilizing and actually strengthening the muscles

  • @Iambecome the arm/leg raise would be really helpful. After doing it for a couple of days if you could get 2.5kg ankle weight and hold a dumbell of the same weight it will help!

  • I sleep with tennis balls in a pillow case that I put on my lumbar spine area. I sleep on my back with the tennis balls in the pillow case meeting my lower back curve. By the time I wake up, my back is as straight as a board. I have been sleeping like this for 10 years and my partner says it also helps my snoring.

  • my shoulders are rounded and i have a bit of a hunch also i dont know if anyone else gets it but my spine in the lower back is really curved inwards

  • should maybe suck his gut in a bit...

  • thanks excellent!!!!

i recommen you this channel on youtube: desteni productions

  • Thank you for these excellent exercises!

  • when i do the backword rotating arms my bones start cracking a lot =(

  • @Metamorphisize that may improve the more you do it. your bones are just tense and slightly out of place. i have the same problem and alot of tension.

  • @Metamorphisize mee too !

  • jackeddddd!!!

  • is it good for those who have dextroscoliosis or not? thnx

  • Hello, I went to the doctor 2 days ago, and he told me that my hip is rotated, he said that I have to go to phisical therapy 3 days a week for 3 months. I can not afford that. Is there any exercise to improve my problem? Thank you!!!

  • His neck looks long because he is holding his chin up. For getting a good posture without working out, I recommend Alexander Technique.

  • Thanks for the ideas. i have several clients with forward head rounded shoulders.

  • i cant thank you enough doctor ;) YOU SUCK ASS ... LONG ASS NECK..

  • Thanks for the help.

  • thanks

  • helpful

  • This is really helpful.

  • Very Kind of you to share your experience freely like this, I would never have met you for a personal consult being here in NZ, this was exactly what i was looking for. Thank you. Jason Crichton.

  • I just wanna say thank you for sharing.

  • Can anyone tell me from expirience if this worked. also how long until you started seeing results

  • huge pile of bullshit, when something reacts it never straightens it, if anything it would make it slacker.

  • @ryanc4992 Your infinite research brought you to this conclusion? It doesn't take a genius to realize that muscle imbalance causes postural changes which in turn cause limited range of motion , stiffness, and sometimes pain. As a result stretching the tight muscles and strengthening the 'lose/weak' muscles has a profound benefit. I suppose you think the entire science of physiotherapy is BS ?

  • I have been told that another way to get great posture is to stand back against the wall making sure that EACH area of the spine meets the wall. Its quite hard to do, you might need to bend your knees but it works. Do it for 2 weeks and it will make your back straight and aligned again.

  • @phileustace THANKS, I'll try

  • @phileustace that really helped me out, thx alot :)

  • @phileustace Hi...does that include the curve of the lower back? thanks.

  • @phileustace how much time a day? mate cheers

  • @phileustace I'm not sure about you, but I might get tired standing against a wall for two weeks D:

  • than you, works great!

  • Dr. King, this is EXACTLY what I needed. Thank you very much.

  • This guys got a long neck.
