@kiddgroovy It doesn't really matter how to home was designed, property, and therefore the home on it should gain value over time.
Newer homes/ tighter building codes are usually better structurally and energy saving than older homes, so it would hold its value better than a much older home or poorly constructed. There are tons of variables that come in to effect when apprasing a home and you shouldn't be able to tell the difference of shop built homes over on site construction.
Hey can some one tell me if these type of homes depreciate in value. I have been searching the net for a while now but i keep getting mixed signals.
