  • RANGE ROVER 4 EVER DA BEST

  • y all chat shit bout cudnt get top of mountain and u have 10 rr sport

top of mountain = top gear , and lpg is slower trust me my dad has the 4.4 v8 and its slower

  • انا اشهد ان الرنج سيااااااااااره لولا ان وكاله السيف بس

  • I have got a 2006 supercharged Range Rover Vogue, Overfinch (5.0L) I love that car

  • what the fuck is that!!!!!!!

  • I own one of these and are like tank. Good on road and offroad.

  • dude hells yea i agree, i have two of them, one the range rover sport and the other a 2000 range rover holland & holland.i took the sport offroading today and it was a beast but it doesnt seem as good as the other one though and i got stuck in the sport

  • I have a mercedes 400CDI (comfort but not so good offroad), and Mercedes G240 D (no comfort but very good offroad), but P38 Range Rover is wonderful on Off Road, on road, comodity etc, It is a vehicle that you can use in going to meetings, wedings, mountains off road, city drive etc. It is a vehicle that can match all tereins. The Sport model is made for lovers of Range Rover a model that is smaller and fast more compact I just love it.

  • A 16 year old american bullshit artist is what you are!! and to top it off a pleb.

  • we don't have though cars in america so i think its safe to say that your wrong

  • go on !! tell him straight

  • He is the Off road king! I went to picnic with my friend he was on Hummer H1 military, and he couldnt come to the top of the mountain, I could!!!

  • I love these cars as they never let you down, at least not me so far. the only think is the air suspension that I had problems with and not I have convert it to Coil Springs. Now I am more confident going off road with it.

  • 4x4 r mint they r the best at anything they can go off road and they got big v8

  • was this p38 a 4.6 autobiography originally?

  • all you need to make it better is some off road tyres.i do like the huricane alloys though.ive got a 4.6hse i bought for a real bargain. ive been off road a few times and love it. i use it daily it is immaculate inside and out. im looking to put a twin outlet sports exhaust system on soon as the standard one is due to be replaced.ive thought about buying 4 steel off road clad wheels for off roading.i love the P38.been thinking about lpg myself? not sure wether or not to keep it standard.

  • please don't go for LPG, keep that beautiful V8 as it was intended...

  • oh fuck off you dumb fuck u dont know anything!!!

  • haha fuck you......I've driven tens of 4.6l Range Rovers LPG'd and they're never the same.under hard acceleration you can really feel the lack of power

nothing wrong with LPG but it's not everything it's cracked up to be

of course, with an LPG kit you can always use petrol but then what's the point in LPG?

nowadays my mind is changing about LPG but it'll take you a long time to make any savings.I might buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi with an LPG kit but I won't bother installing one myself

  • lpg is cool, if you want fun just turn off the gas turn on the sport mode and fly :)

  • better to buy a p38 with an lpg kit already on it. make sure its SEQUENTIAL not SINGLEPOINT. the early mixer type singlepoint have a huge restriction on the inlet plenum, from 76mm to 45mm. so its down on power, on both lpg and petrol. whereas sequential multipoint system, has no restriction, and no backfiring problems. then (if not already fitted) splash out for the twin optimax chipset. its transforms the power. it goes better than standard on LPG! use a 95 ltr tank in spare wheel well.

  • my p38 goes really well. the optimax chips give the max flameburn on lpg -around 110 octane! it goes bettere on lpg!it has a piper cam and decats, straight thru exhaust. rest is standard. there are many rubbish lpg systems or badly fitted good ones. take you time finding the right car. the thing is, its not about tons of power, its about drivability, economy, reliabilty, usefulness etc. not 'mines faster' but you know you have the power reserve too. read up on the rpi website very informative

  • yeah I'm coming round to LPG more with the sustained high fuel prices.

I'd definitely go for a car with a system which has been in the car for at least a few thousand miles with no adverse effects

how much did those mods cost you?I want to get a P38 of maybe 2001 vintage with LPG and that stuff all sounds attractive....

  • well, cost wise, i bought my '97 with the aforementioned singlepoint system, it was rubbish, gutless, and it backfired, useless. so i found someone with a crashed 4.6 that had a sequential system. bought the whole setup, engine and all. retro fitted it, and plumbed in the lpg, which is not difficult. you can buy a secondhand whole system for a few hundred pounds. You need to read up as much as you can on lpg. a new fitted kit will relieve you of £2000, ouch! -against he value of the car.

  • buy one that is registered before april 2001, as that is when the road tax threshold changes (in the future) also, consider that these cars have an inherrant overheating issue. if you can find a car that has had a replacement engine fitted, and LPG then its the one to buy. however, make you own decisions regarding new top hat liners to the engine. -or a better made engine block. -as for the optimax, its essential for the engine ECU to understand the LPG. IMHO, the early engines respond better.

  • how the offroad related with the LPG? :)

  • see its not just for picking the kids up from school!
