@bpiulovestodubsing92 Yes Declan is of Irish and Scottish decent, but was born in England. Declan is well kown in China and Germany, but not here in the USA. Probably because that's where his mangers took him and his music and that's where he was promoted. Who knows maybe in time Declan will make his way to America with his music. Right now he is going to college.

I know he is probably very busy with his studies, but I hope he has not stopped singing, writing and recording (on his own or in some way), so when the time comes, he can share his journey with us.
