I am terrified after watching your video. I hope you are feeling better by now. You are too young to go through this ugly pain. There are beautiful things you have to experience in your life. What helped me when my Lyme was horrendous was:

A high alkaline diet (pineapple, mineral water with lemon and lime, berries, nuts, etc..), exercise after taking abx (heats up body, oxygenates the blood), and keeping as busy as possible depsite feeling crazy and/or inept.

Dear Sara, I feel so sorry for you, I know how you feel. I am sick as well and I have ups and downs too. I never thought there is so many people trapped in their rooms feeling the same misury I am feeling. Please try to be strong and search for ways to heal!!!! There are ways out there: antibiotics, ozone, hyperbaric oxygen......Good Luck sweet girl!!!!

I feel so bad for you. It sounds like you are having quite a rough time. Just keep hopeful that you will get better. I am getting better from my treatment so it does work. Just takes so much time, that is the big bummer about it all. Hope you are hanging in there ok

Sweet one, hang in there. We, who understand this horrible disease are with you. I have such a wonderful doctor that I wish everyone could be seen by her. this doctor has given me so much hope and I wish I could give it to someone.

Thanks for the videos and sorry for the symptoms of the Herxing. I recently tried Benicar/Minocycline for M.E. and unfortunately had to scrap the treatment because I could no longer afford the medication (the UK Health Service will not fund it, and import taxes are too much). I suffered Herxing, and it was lousy, but not as bad as my M.E.

Hang in there......Herxheimer reactions CAN be HORRIBLE but they are a good sign.
