@baaker1 No, that is definitely the entrance to Liberty Arcade at the bottom of Main Street, U.S.A at Disneyland Paris. There are often thunderstorms like this. On the last day of my most recent visit in August, there was a thunderstorm. In December 1999/January 2000 there was a terrible storm at Disneyland Paris that caused an incredible amount of damage, with trees blown over, temporary buildings destroyed and roofs blown off.
