Actually it is a fact nightwish died but not just because they kicked Tarja but because they took Anette in. The band was both Tuomas and Tarja I am not saying Tarja couldn’t be substituted they could find another singer with a voice like hers but they didn’t instead they put a romantic singer in. Anette just can’t sing in a band like nightwish so they altered their style to fit her certainly there is people who like this new style but I am not among them.

I think don't have an rock band better than other, they are different, each one with a different tune, expressing differents things and different emotions, thats the reason I like blues, rock, folk, heavy metal... this song ''destroys'' my heart...the sun inside her is sleeping by listening to it...the melody releases my mind and the excellent voice of tarja travels me far from this world...i wish for some night times to last for a life time....:-(...

@TheDeutschlandgirl she had said that she was only sticking around for one more album, the band decided if you weren't fully committed to the band, and you were willing to leave it, you might as well leave now. I know, it sucks, but meh, we got 9 awesome years out of tarja with nightwish, that's longer than a lot of bands stick together.
What a shame how things turned out with Nightwish. I loved Tarja as a part of nightwish. Anette is a very good but totally different singer. I would prefer both singer at once!!! At the end of the day Mr. Holopainen is the one who writes the most/main parts...
Why don't you guys just move on with your music, I doubt sitting here asking for her back will make a difference... Shes boring anyway, and its annoying that they put her at the center of attention :/

I really enjoy how they incorperate classical with rock. It is really well done. It is very unique, but I got to say you need the right people to make it work. Not everyone can make it sound like this.
