Okay. So your telling us to use 3 white strips a day? Thats not healthy for your teeth at all. Your suppose to use ONE white strip every couple of months. If you put three white strips on in one day, your teeth with lose all of its enamel. You should brush, use strip ONCE, mouthwash, brush, mouthwash, sleep. 3 is to much.

good, i used to do the same BUT according to my dentist, listerine mouthwash is not good (too much alcohol which isn't actual healthy) and these whitening toothpastes should NOT be used every day, they destroy the adamantine of teeth, we should use them once a week if not less...of course this info is useful to someone who really cares about his/her teeth!

Do not do this to your teeth! I repeat... Do not! This weakens the top layer of bone your teeth are composed of. If that top layer is left all weak and damaged from all this bleaching stuff, it can get stains much easier. Ironic huh? But this will whiten your teeth... And darken them later
