@MrTHESAYWHAT They (The Names) describe His Qualities. For example He is The Almighty, The Forgiving, The Just, The Truthful, The Creator etc. In Islamic tradition we have 99 Names for God. And all of these Names describe His Perfectness. Hope that answeres your question.
