I'm a drummer/ musican for over 25 years. The band wasn't voted "Best Jam Band" for nothing, get it? BEST JAM BAND??!!
Jam Band music is a combination of like you said "Blues, Funk and a whole lot more". You're true ignorance on the subject has shined through here. Have a nice day : )

PGroove isn't a jam band. They are blues/funk and a whole lot more. I'm from Savannah and have been following these guys for almost 5 maybe 6 years and I wouldn't label them as a jam band. Do they jam?? Funk yes...but don't apply a label that you don't understand.
