I agree that cats shouldn't be in cages but shelters like Quagga provide them with much love and care while they await their new home. The streets are not better, where they suffer hunger, fear, and in some cases abuse. With us they are safe and loved. They are spayed or neutered to prevent the birth of more unwanted kittens. The people who don't adopt them are not the problem. The problem lies on the shoulders of those who cause them to be here in the first place.
My cat bailey, she was in the Uxbridge animal Shelter, she used to be an abused kitten, so I chose her. I wanted them all, because I LOVE cats.

Putting cats in cages is worse than staying in the street, people are mean they dont adopt them!
